All the designs come compressed in zip extension, to decompress you can use any of the free programs Winrar, Winzip or 7zip. you can download them on the internet, if you use Windows 10 you can unzip without using previous programs.

All embroidery files come compressed in zip extension so that you can upload to your embroidery machine you must extract, follow the following.

1. Select the compressed file
2. To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All and then follow the instructions.
3. To unzip a file or folder only, double-click on the zipped folder to open it. Then drag or copy the item from the compressed folder to the new location.

Most of our designs come in four different sizes and should load without problems the first designs in your embroidery machine, in exceptional cases if it does not load all designs probably the size of the drawing exceeded the embroidery area available for this type of machine, i.e. the embroidery design is too big making it impossible to use.

The activation of your account is immediate, however in exceptional cases for security reasons it is required to activate your account, our system sends an email with the activation link, if you did not receive this email you can check your spam.

The purchased designs are compressed in ZIP extension, for that you will need to extract the files from the folder using the free programs Winrar, Winzip or 7zip, before sending the embroidery folder to pen-drive. to decompress access the folder through the file explorer, click with the right button of the mouse on the folder and select and select option extract files, choose the destiny of your preference, ready the files have been extracted successfully, now you will be able to upload to your pen-drive.

Because to open the design you need an embroidery software capable of reading this type of file, there are no embroidery viewing tools in the operating systems, however you can use the free embroidery programs Wilcom Truesizer or TrueSizer Web.

After downloading and unzipping the embroideries on your computer, find the folder where they are located, select and drag the drawings to the desired drive, you can also copy them from the folder and paste them on the destination USB flash drive.
